Noorjehan Ibrahim founded makeup by Noory in 2019. She qualified as a Freelance Makeup Artist, based in the East Rand, through the Makeup Office.  A passionate Makeup Artist who is all about making you feel good about yourself inside out. Self-care is a vital part of our daily life and Makeup by Noory follows the simple concept, “If you look good, you feel good.”  Since establishment in 2019, Makeup by Noory is known for our commitment to client satisfaction and it is because of this standard of excellence, Makeup by Noory has grown to achieve great success.
